How do I find out what airlines/airports have direct flights to where I want to go?
I want to get from Sacramento to Bend, OR (SMF to RDM) on a direct flight. Where do I find out which airlines have this? If no one has this flight, I can settle for Oakland or SFO (direct to Bend). An easier way than checking every single airline individually?

Look at different airlines for those 2 airports and see if there are any direct flights

first, go to orbitz or travelocity and do a basic search and see if any airlines show non-stop service. that will tell you who flies to the destination. or you can go to wikipedia, look up the one of the airports and see if that destination is in the list of flights, and it will tell you who flies to it. if i were you, just go to orbitz to see. my searces are showing that san francisco (SFO) will fly non-stop there on United and US Airways, but you will be paying a lot more than if you allow yourself to make a stop. check Alaska Airlines (you got to make at least one stop) or you can go to united or us airway's website.

Any travel website that sells airline tickets will have this information. There are dozens. Expedia, Travelocity, and Orbitz are only three. They have schedules for most major airlines. The airlines that they don't have don't fly to Redmond, so that's not a problem for you. There are presently no airlines that offer direct service on this route. You can fly directly from San Francisco.
