Capitol Corridor to Sacramento Airport

Capitol Corridor to Sacramento Airport?

Anyone know if there are any connections from any of the Capitol Corridor stations to the Sacramento airport. I'm thinking of purchasing a discount flight ticket out of Sacramento but currently live in San Jose.. hiring a taxi or van to Sacramento is out of my budget but I'm willing to leave extra early to make all the necessary train and public transportation connections. Anyone know if any public transportation runs from any Capitol Corridor station to the airport? Thanks.

Why don't you take Amtrak? I live in San Francisco and take the one from Emeryville to Sacramento all the time. The route starts in San Jose and it is usually cheaper than a flight too.

yes you can take yolobus to the airport (I think it stops near the Sacramento train station >> Beth the capital corridors trains ARE amtrak trains)<<<

You will need to take the Yolo Bus from downtown. Catch the Yolo Bus on L street. A couple of blocks from the train station.

There is only one bus service that will take you to the Airport, and that is the Yolo Bus. Give yourself a lot of time, because it does not run very often. Be sure to check the schedules and make your plans in advance, so there won't be any surprises. If it was me, I would plan on taking nearly the whole day, just to get there, because of possible delays and the unexpected hassles.
