Good deals on airline tickets?

i was planning on going to erie pennsylvania this summer and i can't find any cheap airline tickets! i live in northern california so i can catch i flight either from sacramento or redding, if anybody knows of good places to buy a ticket for a great deal that would be awesome! i have never bought a plane ticket before so i don't know how to plan all this travel stuff!

Try travelocity, orbitz, and etc. I depends on what time you are going to your trip. Prices vary from when it's winter or summer.

Since the summer is typically when airplane tickets are expensive, you may need to be flexible in the cities you fly to or from. If you are willing to fly to Pittsburgh and drive to Erie, you may be able to find a cheaper ticket. Erie does not have a lot of airlines serving that market so ticket prices may not be cheap. Check out Orbitz.com or any travel website. Then go to the airline's website to book your ticket. Some airlines such as Delta guarantee the lowest fare on their website or you fly for free.
