Unless you're delivering stuff for that route, you don't get discounted flights because Fedex doesn't do commercial passenger flights.

Not on a commercial airline. Why should Fed Ex employees get any discount? Fed Ex cannot carry paying passengers on its flights. There may be some space for employees who are traveling on Fed Ex business, but not for any other reason. And, as if that weren't discouraging enough, I am pretty sure that they do not have any flights between those cities. Just about every Fed Ex plane goes from its starting point to Memphis, TN to unload everything that came to its regional center. Then, after getting loaded up with outbound packages, they go back out to various cities. So, any connection between the cities you want would be through Memphis.

You would have to check with FedEx HR and travel office. Since FedEx does operate as an FAA certified cargo airline, certain FedEx employees can fly for free (read: their pilots). FedEx may have agreements with passenger airlines where FedEx employees can purchase industry discounted tickets, but those purchases would have to be made through FedEx.
