Hi so, I am in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. In July I am planning to go to Sacramento California. The flight is 2 1/2 hours. I know that my dog needs a certificate from the vet. She is 45 pounds and 17 inches tall. How much is it going to cost me. How do they charge for a pet, by weight?
